- Penne Pasta - cooked & then cooled
- grape tomatoes - halved
- kalamata olives - halved
- fresh mozzarella
- half a bunch of basil
- bunch of chives
Salad
- equal amounts of red wine vinegar & extra virgin olive oil
- salt & pepper
- garlic
Dressing
- Combine salad ingredients
- Combine dressing ingredients
- Add dressing to salad and toss to coat evenly right before serving
