Ingredients
- 4 lb. boneless pork shoulder roast (a bone is fine – it’s just easier without one)
- 1 bottle of your favorite barbecue sauce
- 1 package buns (12 count)
Instructions
- Place the roast into the crock pot. Cover and cook on high-heat for about 6 hours or low-heat for around 8 hours. When the roast has cooked, remove it from the crock pot and pull apart. You can remove any unwanted fat while your pulling it. Place pulled pork into a large bowl and pour desired amount of barbecue sauce onto the pork and stir. Serve on buns.
