Bourbon Glazed Pork Chops
Pork chops drowned in a boozy sauce, these Bourbon Glazed Pork Chops are so good you will want to lick the plate!

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup firmly packed brown sugar
- 3 tbs Dijon mustard
- 2 tbs soy sauce
- 2 tbs bourbon
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 6- pork chops (1 inch thick)
Instructions
- In a shallow dish, whisk together the brown sugar, Dijon mustard, soy sauce, bourbon, salt, and pepper. Add the pork chops, cover and marinate for about 30 minutes to an hour, turning once. Remove the pork from the marinade; reserve the marinade.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Grill the pork to desired doneness, the internal temp should be between 145 and 160.
- Meanwhile in a small sauce pan bring the reserved marinade to a boil in a small sauce pan, and cook for 2 minutes, stirring occasionally. Pour over the pork chops just before serving.
