Easy Ice-Cream Sandwich Cake
This Easy Ice-Cream Sandwich Cake made from ice cream sandwiches is one of our favorite desserts to make during the summer. Quick, easy, and delicious!! It is a perfect treat to make with the kiddos.
Ingredients
- 8" x 8" square pan
- 10 ice cream sandwiches
- Whipped topping
- Hershey's syrup
- Caramel syrup
- 8 small Kit Kat bars (or candy of your choice)
Instructions
- Create the first layer by placing a row of ice cream sandwiches on the bottom of a freezer-safe pan. Top with caramel syrup, chocolate syrup, and cut-up kit kat bars (about 5 fun-size bars). Then, top with another layer of ice cream sandwiches. Pour on more caramel and chocolate syrup. Finally, top it off with whipped topping. Garnish with a few more candies or nuts. Freeze for at least 1 hour before serving.
