These certainly look like they are from some 5-star bakery, don't they? But the truth is, this Cheesy Garlic Bread Stuffed With Mushrooms and Ham recipe only takes a few minutes to make!

  • 3 Large Ciabatta
  • 3 slices of Ham
  • 6 slices of Cheddar Cheese
  • 1 small can of mushroom pieces
  • 1 tsp minced Garlic
  • 1 tbsp Butter

  1. Slice the bread in whichever design you prefer - criss-cross or horizontal.
  2. Mix garlic with butter, and insert into the gaps. Spread the garlic butter thinly.
  3. Dice ham, mushrooms, and cheese into very small pieces. Spread everything evenly inside to gaps in the rolls.
  4. Preheat your convection oven on grill mode. Pop your bread in and grill for about 3 minutes or till golden brown.

If you do not have a convection oven, bake at 350F until golden brown and cheese is gooey and melty.
