Refrigerated biscuits become the edible bowls for these zesty, cheese-topped BBQ Cups. Winner!!
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/2 C barbecue sauce
- 1/4 C chopped onion
- 1 to 2 TBS brown sugar
- 1 (12 oz) can Hungry Jack Refrigerated Flaky Biscuits
- 1/2 C shredded Cheddar cheese
- Heat oven to 400. Grease muffin cups. In large skillet, brown ground beef until thoroughly cooked. Drain. Stir in barbecue sauce, onion and brown sugar. Simmer till ready.
- Separate dough and place one biscuit in each muffin cup; firmly press in bottom and up sides. Spoon about 1/4 C beef mixture into each biscuit-lined cup. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 400 for 10-12 minutes or until edges are golden brown. Cool one minute and remove from pan.
