Cheesy Garlic Bread Stuffed With Mushrooms and Ham
These certainly look like they are from some 5-star bakery, don't they? But the truth is, this Cheesy Garlic Bread Stuffed With Mushrooms and Ham recipe only takes a few minutes to make!
Ingredients
- 3 Large Ciabatta
- 3 slices of Ham
- 6 slices of Cheddar Cheese
- 1 small can of mushroom pieces
- 1 tsp minced Garlic
- 1 tbsp Butter
Instructions
- Slice the bread in whichever design you prefer - criss-cross or horizontal.
- Mix garlic with butter, and insert into the gaps. Spread the garlic butter thinly.
- Dice ham, mushrooms, and cheese into very small pieces. Spread everything evenly inside to gaps in the rolls.
- Preheat your convection oven on grill mode. Pop your bread in and grill for about 3 minutes or till golden brown.
Notes
If you do not have a convection oven, bake at 350F until golden brown and cheese is gooey and melty.
