Refrigerated biscuits become the edible bowls for these zesty, cheese-topped BBQ Cups. Winner!!

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1/2 C barbecue sauce
  • 1/4 C chopped onion
  • 1 to 2 TBS brown sugar
  • 1 (12 oz) can Hungry Jack Refrigerated Flaky Biscuits
  • 1/2 C shredded Cheddar cheese


Instructions

  1. Heat oven to 400. Grease muffin cups. In large skillet, brown ground beef until thoroughly cooked. Drain. Stir in barbecue sauce, onion and brown sugar. Simmer till ready.
  2. Separate dough and place one biscuit in each muffin cup; firmly press in bottom and up sides. Spoon about 1/4 C beef mixture into each biscuit-lined cup. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 400 for 10-12 minutes or until edges are golden brown. Cool one minute and remove from pan.
